The Body Code 2.1 App will work on any iPhone, iPad or iPad Mini device. As long as you keep your iPad software up to date you should not have any trouble. The only way it wouldn't work is if there isn't enough space available to download the app. For more info on updating your iPad:

How can I download or re-install the Mind Maps app? If you are experiencing issues with your iPad app, you may want to try uninstalling and then re-installing the app. Be sure that your the software on your device or computer is up to date before you do this.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the iPad app?Once you have downloaded the iPad application you will not need to be connected to the internet in order to use the app. The app will update whenever there is an update and your iPad is connected to the internet.
