Updating the Body Code System app

We're continually updating the Body Code System app as Apple and Google release new versions of iOS and Android. Updates also bring you new content, features, and language options. To get the best experience, keep both the app and your downloaded languages up to date. They update separately, and this guide covers both.

Update Your App

Updating the app on your Apple device:
  1. Open the App Store application
  2. Tap on your profile icon
  3. Tap on App Updates
  4. If available, tap on Update next to Body Code System
Note: If you have automatic app updates enabled you may not have any updates to install. You can find this setting on your Apple device here: Settings > Apps > App Store > App Updates (under Automatic Downloads).

Updating the app on your Android device:
  1. Open the Google Play Store application
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap on Manage apps & device
  4. If available, tap on Update next to Body Code System
Note: If you have automatic app updates enabled you may not have any updates to install. You can find this setting on your Android device here: Google Play Store > profile icon > Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps.

Update Language Content

A new option has been added to update the Body Code System content in the language(s) you have installed. When new content or corrections have been published they will be available to download the update.

Check for new content to download in your language:
  1. In the Body Code System app
  2. Tap on Settings
  3. Tap on Language
  4. Tap Update (if available) next to the language you have installed
