We stream all our video content from Wistia's servers, which makes them as fast as they can be. If you are having trouble viewing the videos, it may be that your connection speed is running slow. Here are a few things to try:

• Pause the video while it uploads more fully, then plays it.
• Close other browser tabs, they may be loading data impacting your speed.
• Check for any browser updates and restart your browser. 
• Try a different internet browser, like Google Chrome.
• Opt to get faster internet speed.
• Load the video on a different computer or device, or on a different WIFI connection.
